Ticketing Information
We want to make your visit to Lawrence Batley Theatre as smooth as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about your theatre tickets, parking, and getting in touch.
When you book an e-ticket, you’ll receive an email straight after your purchase with the e-ticket attached. Receiving e-tickets is free and these do not need to be printed, just have them ready on your phone when you arrive.
Can’t find your e-tickets? Try searching orders@lawrencebatleytheatre.org in your inbox or spam/junk folder. You can also log into your account and head to ‘e-tickets’ to download them. Your account is also where you can update your personal details, contact preferences, and payment information, as well as view your recent orders.
If you're driving to ours, there are plenty of parking options nearby. We recommend Huddersfield Bus Station Car Park (Upperhead Row, HD1 2JL) or Springwood Car Park (Springwood Street, HD1 4BN). For up-to-date parking information, visit the Kirklees Council website.

We welcome audience members of any age here at the theatre! If you’re bringing little ones, children under 2 can sit on a parent or guardian’s lap free of charge and do not need a ticket, unless otherwise specified at booking. For safety reasons, this does not include the front rows of Tier 1 or Tier 2.
We want to make our theatre as accessible and enjoyable for as many people as possible. Throughout our season we hold British Sign Language interpreted, Audio Described, Touch Tours and Relaxed Performances. Read more about our Access provision here.
Tickets for Essential Companions are free. If you require an Essential Companion ticket and haven’t visited us before, your ticket will need to be booked directly though our Box Office. Please be aware our team may ask for proof of eligibility when booking.
If you have booked an Essential Companion ticket with us before, you can now book your next visit online. Simply log in to your account, search for the event you’d like to attend, select your seats and change the ticket type to Essential Companion.
If you order a physical ticket to collect at Box Office you will incur a £1.00 Physical Ticket Fee per transaction.
If you require your tickets to be posted this will incur a £3.00 fee which will include the cost of the postage and the Physical Ticket Fee.
It is possible to receive your tickets electronically via e-mail and not incur this fee.

Looking for the perfect gift? Our gift vouchers can be purchased online in any amount and are valid for all shows for up to a year.

Concessions
Across a range of our events we offer discount and concession ticket prices. Our concession tickets are specifically for children under the age of 16 and those over the age of 65.
Kirklees Passport
Get tickets to shows from as little as £5* when you register for our Kirklees Passport holder scheme.
To access our Kirklees Passport holder ticket discounts, all you need to do is provide proof of eligibility by emailing a clear photo or photocopy of your Kirklees Passport to info@thelbt.org or by visiting our Box Office in-person.
Once proof has been seen by our team, you will then be able to access the Kirklees Passport tickets online by logging in to your account on our website and choosing the performance you would like to attend. As long as you're logged into your account and Kirklees Passport tickets are available, then the discount will automatically be applied when you go to the checkout stage. Kirklees Passport tickets can also be booked through our Box Office by calling 01484 430528 or visiting us in-person.

Group Bookings
Groups are entitled to one free ticket for every ten purchased across a variety of shows. Group offers will automatically be applied to your basket if available.

School Offers
We offer school tickets for £10 across a selection of shows.
