Every Thing

Book

New kind of shop eh. Heck. Can’t wait to see what it’s like, only just got me head round the old kind.

If you define yourself by your work, what happens when your work disappears? With just eight hours left to sell what remains in his shop, entrepreneur Charlie’s final day of trading in this once-thriving electrical goods store is thrown into chaos by the arrival of Frankie, a long-time friend and colleague.

To make things worse, they haven’t spoken in ten years and the kettle’s on the blink. Recriminations, rebuttals, and biscuits fly as the pair attempt to rebuild their friendship of thirty-odd years.

Edward Hogg (Taboo, Harlots) and Jennifer Daley (The Archers) star in this unique site-specific production of a new play by Tom Lodge about the cost of progress and the value of friendship, directed by Will Maynard.
