Choreographic Cup

Turn on the spotlights and cue the music – KPSD is back at the Lawrence Batley Theatre!

Our talented young dancers have been waiting in the wings and are now ready to leap, time-step and pirouette back on to the stage! 

Join us for a wonderful post-pandemic afternoon of music and dance as students from the renowned Katie Philpott School of Dance in Mirfield compete for the Choreographic Cup. 

Solo performers, duets and groups of all ages will perform routines in tap, ballet, street, modern, musical theatre and contemporary dance styles to a host of favourite tunes.  

It promises to be a fabulous show once again and is always a hotly contested competition as our girls and boys perform their hearts out in the hope of taking home the coveted Cup. 

They can’t wait to be centre stage once again and doing what they do best – performing and entertaining their families, friends and a live theatre audience of dance fans.  

It’s good to be back – we’ve missed you!
