Queenies Coffee House Nights
Cosy up in the warm and welcoming setting of Queenie’s Coffee Shop for another series of fabulous spoken word, music and theatre performances, as well as opportunities to take part in our open mic.
For the final Coffee House Night of the season we welcome back two favourites to our cosy Queenie's space.
Nic Harding
Nic is an honest and soulful singer-songwriter from Rotherham. A youth worker by day, Nic writes about those issues that affect us all; love, loss, recycling and fancying your best mate. Her heartfelt lyrics and cheeky banter will be sure to make you feel at home.
Jimmy Andrex
Black Horse Poet of the Year on two occasions, Jimmy has published two collections, Gormless (2011) and Leet (2013), along with three albums of poems to music, Cresties (2015), Puddled & Kallin (2016). His collaboration with RCM composer Amy Bryce, based on the story of The Green Children of Woolfit was premiered at the Leeds Lieder Festival in April 2016
